How many years have you coached softball or other sports?:    6 Years.

What sports have you played in the past?:  Baseball, Football , and Basketball.

What do you like the most about coaching softball?:  I love being able to see the players grow not only as individual players but also as a team. Seeing them learn to trust each other and grow together is a great feeling and fun to watch!

What are some of the goals, ambitions and drive for progression of the team and athletes?:  I  would like to see every player learn to play at least two different positions this season and learn to play as a team from start to finish every time they hit the field.

How do you describe the word "Team" and it's importance in the game of Softball?:

"Team to me is a group of people that work together to accomplish a goal or task. Being a team in the game of softball is a must. Without the ability or willingness to work together as a team not only in softball but in many other aspects in life, the ability to achieve accomplishments or overcome obstacles and challenges is almost always unattainable."
