How many years have you coached softball or other sports?:    Second year as head coach.

What sports have you played in the past?:  Softball.

What do you like the most about coaching softball?:  I love watching the girls grow. Seeing how they progress over the season and watching their confidence improve makes everything worth it. 

What are some of the goals, ambitions and drive for progression of the team and athletes?:  I’d love to see this team come together and be a fierce contender in the 12u bracket. With the amount of talent that we have I know we will be able to win and grow together. 

How do you describe the word "Team" and it's importance in the game of Softball?:

"The word “team” is a group of people that come together to achieve one specific goal. Whether it be a sports team, work place or an organization as long as everyone knows their part and works together then the group is like a well oiled machine. Just like in softball. As long as each girl knows their goals of the team and they work together and keep that machine running well then the progress and the wins will come. "
