What sports have you played in the past?: Baseball, Football, Slow Pitch Softball.
What do you like the most about coaching softball?: Being a Mentor. Watching them grow and become better. The satisfaction of seeing them move on to the next level and hope one day they'll look back and remember that one coach that never gave up on them.
What are some of the goals, ambitions and drive for progression of the team and athletes?: Chemistry, Teaching and developing positive attitudes thru hard work and dedication. Helping them thru mental and physical errors and to realize that life on and off the field is tough but you have to work thru it and give it all you have every game to get to where you need to be.
How do you describe the word "Team" and it's importance in the game of Softball?: Team.... 12 girls playing as one. Each person has a job to do. Each athlete depends on the other to make the play. They have to trust one another to successfully finish a particular play. A great pitcher is worthless without a catcher.... without a pitcher a great catcher is worthless.... there is NO team without everyone. Every position depends on another position to make themselves relevant.
